RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan, coordinate and manage the various disciplines involved in Industry projects;
- Optimize resource allocation by aligning team capabilities with project requirements;
- Ensure the technical quality of final project deliverables;
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and their representatives;
- Identify and support business development opportunities.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- Pre-Bologna Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering;
- Advanced proficiency in English (mandatory);
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar role;
- Demonstrated expertise in project management, including team leadership, scheduling, and cost control;
- Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project.
