Senior Patient Sales Consultant Purpose:
Serves as the lead patient care coordinator by delivering an exceptional patient experience, mentoring team members, supporting daily front office operations, and driving consultation conversions, memberships, and patient retention.
A Senior Patient Sales Consultant would be accountable for:
- Closing treatment plans
- Converting consultations
- Increasing average ticket value
- Membership enrollments
- Cherry financing conversions
- Retail skincare sales
- Reactivating existing patients
- Following up on quotes and consultations
- Achieving monthly revenue and gross profit goals
- Mentoring newer consultants on sales techniques
