Job Summary:

Ear, Nose & Throat Consultants (ENTC), with multiple locations in Oakland, Wayne, and Macomb Counties, is excited to announce multiple opportunities to become an integral part of our growing team as a full-time Medical Assistant!

As a Medical Assistant, you will be directly involved in our Perfect Patient Journey, ensuring that we deliver patient-focused care at all times. We are looking for individuals who learn quickly, are capable of working independently as well as part of a team and have a positive attitude.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate kindness and compassion in all patient interactions
• Help patients by providing information, services, and assistance
• Verify patient information by interviewing patient; recording medical history; confirming purpose of visit
• Assist physicians with in-office procedures
• Triage and room patients in an efficient manner to maximize clinical-flow
• Prepare patients, room, and supplies for visit or examination
• Send prescriptions electronically to pharmacy
• Making sure all exam rooms are well stocked & organized
• Assisting with ordering supplies
• Sterilization, sanitization & logs
• Room prep & tear down
• Assisting physicians as needed during clinic
• Calling patients to go over results or answer questions on behalf of the physician
• Filing patient documents & alerting physician of new patient results
• Order imaging and lab tests
• This job requires on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely.
