Medical Education Marketing Administrator

Internal Job Title: AMI Assistant

  • Work with medical education team (AMI) to assist in overall aspect of education activities and channels including ANC process, payment process, promotional material control and management.
  • Ensure all necessary administrative tasks associated with education activities are carried out in an efficient, expedient, and professional manner to be complete within timeline and accurately align with SOP and compliance.
  • Take responsibility for the preparation of education, venue proposal and associated correspondence.
  • Search for professional suppliers to develop promotional materials by working closely with medical education managers to design and create promotion materials.
  • Ensure the vendor creation, PR/PO, payment process to be complete within timeline and accurately align with SOP and compliance and monitor in data for budget spending.
  • Provide the vendor with product or brand information for educational materials.
  • Prepare educational materials for events and related functions.
  • Ensure accurate control of documentation associated with training activities and document retention align with SOP and compliance in share point folder.
  • Support all information needed to analyze educational activities.
  • Improve & develop customer database to utilize for educational events.
  • To organize all training documents and maintain a high professional and ethical profile in accordance with industry and company standards.
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field of study.
  • Prior marketing/administrative experience in a professional office setting is a must.
  • Prior executive support experience is preferred.
  • Experience communicating professionally, clearly, and concisely with all levels of contacts.
  • Experience with event databases, proposals and contracts, marketing related presentations.
  • Expert user knowledge of MS Office products - MS Word, MS Power Point, MS Excel, and MS Outlook, and Vendor management software – eg. SAP is a plus.
  • Great organizational skills and timely management skills.
  • Creative and have professional attitude. Tenacious but a problem solver.
  • Very Good English writing skills and professional knowledge is preferable
  • The ideal individual will adapt well to changing situations and be a highly organized self-starter.
  • Problem Solving skills.
  • Agile, flexibility working environment.
