(Preferred) Other Skills And Competencies •Demonstrates Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal. •Diplomacy, Tact, And A Positive Approach To Problem Solving Are Required To Be Successful. •Organizational Skills Are A Must. •Fosters A Teamwork Environment. •Must Be Able To Communicate With Patients, Customers, Other Departments, And Staff In An Articulate Manner. •Excellent Critical Thinking Skills.

Job Description:

To analyze clinical specimens and provide the medical staff with quality results so that effective treatment of patients can be established. Qualifications include an Associates degree in�Medical Laboratory Technology; ASCP registration preferred; experience with computer keyboards; a preferred knowledge of Epic systems; excellent communication & organization skills; ability to handle diverse tasks; diplomacy, tact, and a positive approach to problem-solving.
