Your Role

As a (Java Spring Boot) Back‑end Engineer at TrackBee, you’ll be at the core of our product, building the systems that process thousands of requests per second and keep data flowing reliably across the platform.

You’ll design and implement scalable software in Java Spring Boot, improve performance and resilience across our architecture, and collaborate closely with our product and data teams to turn complex tracking logic into elegant, maintainable code.

Our platform is critical for our customers if we go down – their marketing stops working. That’s why stability, precision, and reliability are at the heart of everything we build. You’ll help ensure our systems stay online, even under massive load.

Who You Are

• You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent experience.
• You have 3+ years of hands‑on experience with Java (Spring Boot) in a production environment.
• You’re skilled at designing and optimizing relational database structures.
• You have a solid understanding of software design patterns and how to use them to build scalable, maintainable applications.
• You write clean, well‑tested code and see testing as an essential part of development.
• You have a good sense of humor and enjoy having a laugh with your colleagues.
