SurgeonsLab is a global MedTech company developing high-fidelity physical and virtual surgical and interventional simulation technologies. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗢𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆
We are expanding in the United States and are looking for a driven sales professional in Prosper, Texas to help build and scale our U.S. business. This is a chance to join early, open new accounts and markets, and grow your career as the U.S. organization grows.

Previous MedTech sales experience is not required. We are especially interested in people from B2B Technical Sales, SaaS, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Diagnostics, Engineering Solutions, Capital or Scientific Equipment, Healthcare, or Medical Devices.

What matters most is your ability to:
Learn → Communicate → Qualify → Build Trust → Solve Problems → Advance Opportunities → Close Business

𝗪𝗵𝗼 𝗧𝗵𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲
• A hunter who enjoys opening new accounts and building pipeline from scratch
• A builder who wants to help shape a growing U.S. commercial organization, not just manage an existing territory
• Someone who owns their number, follows through, and moves deals forward without being chased
• A fast learner who is motivated by complex technology and clinical environments
• A consultative seller who earns trust with surgeons, engineers, procurement teams, and executives alike
• Someone ambitious to take on more responsibility as the business scales

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 & 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁
• Identify, qualify, and win new hospital, academic, simulation-center, research, and MedTech accounts
• Build account strategies and expand existing customer relationships
• Own the full sales cycle: Prospecting → Qualification → Discovery → Demonstration → Proposal → Negotiation → Closing
• Identify stakeholders, decision-makers, champions, and economic buyers
• Build long-term relationships with surgeons, physicians, clinical educators, biomedical engineers, researchers, procurement teams, and MedTech executives
• Serve as the link between customers and our technical, clinical, product, engineering, and R&D teams

𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁 𝗗𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗖𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁
• Learn our simulation technologies, relevant anatomy, procedures, and clinical workflows
• Deliver onsite and virtual demonstrations that turn technical features into clear customer value
• Support evaluations, workshops, training programs, and clinical education activities
• Represent SurgeonsLab at medical conferences, industry meetings, and customer events
Deep clinical knowledge is not required when you join. The ability and willingness to learn quickly and accurately is.

𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 & 𝗣𝗶𝗽𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲
• Identify new U.S. opportunities among hospitals, medical schools, simulation centers, and MedTech companies
• Share customer, market, and competitive insights with leadership, product, and engineering
• Keep accurate CRM records, account plans, and reliable forecasts, and take part in pipeline reviews

𝗦𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗠𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗱𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆
Practical experience with a structured sales methodology is required, such as MEDDIC / MEDDPICC, SPIN Selling, Challenger, Sandler, Consultative Selling, or Value-Based Selling.

You should be able to show how you have used it to run discovery, qualify opportunities, identify economic buyers and decision processes, develop champions, handle objections, build account strategies, forecast accurately, and move deals to close. We care about how you apply a methodology, not whether it is listed on your résumé.
