Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct electrical design activities, including hardware selection, system structure design, and review of electrical schematic drawings.
• Develop control software by defining software functional specifications and programming PLC, HMI, and Robot
• Participate in various projects, including capital expansion, new technology development, solution migration, and process control improvement.
• Engage in all phases of the project lifecycle, from system design to installation, start-up, training, and technology transfer.
• Utilize advanced skills in PLC, HMI, Robot automation integration, and data transfer as required by each project.
• Demonstrate fundamental knowledge and provide equipment control logic and flow.
• Willingness to travel and provide weekend and shift coverage as needed for projects.

需求條件：

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation Engineering, or a related engineering field.
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience in industrial control or automation. • In-depth understanding of automation industrial processes, including design, fabrication, FAT, installation, quality control, hot debugs, and SAT.
• Expertise in PLC, HMI programming, device application, and manufactory equipment system integration.
• Expertise in Robot application, including Robot teaching, programing, simulation, and handshake integration.
• Familiarity with Mitsubishi PLC, HMI, VFD, and SERVO system programming.

General - Corning (L4)

• Familiarity with Fanuc Robot. (Robot teaching & commissioning, TP programing, UFRAME / UTOOL Configuration, DCS Safety, ROBOGUIDE, Troubleshooting, PLC Handshaking)
• Strong understanding of electrical design practices, machine/motion control systems, electro-mechanical systems, communication protocols, and practical application.
• Ensure proactive safety measures for all equipment and processes, adhering to NEC, NFPA70, NFPA79, ISO 13849, ISO 13850, SISTEMA, and other relevant safety codes.
• Experience in construction system structure in a plant network environment or ISA-95 architecture, including higher-level communications protocols.
• Ability to gain a fundamental understanding of process issues and utilize troubleshooting skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Strictly follow safety procedures and ensure awareness, such as Lock-Out Tag-Out.
