【Job Responsibilities】

1. Organization Leadership
-Build, lead, and develop a high-performing Platform Software & Customer Engineering organization.
-Manage cross-functional engineering teams, including BIOS, BMC, System Diagnostics, AI-RAN PoC FAE, and Service FAE.
-Define organizational structure, talent development plans, and resource allocation to support business growth.
-Foster a culture of execution, collaboration, innovation, and customer success.

2. Platform Software Development
-Lead platform firmware development, including BIOS, BMC, system management firmware, and platform enablement.
-Drive platform bring-up, firmware integration, system validation, and feature roadmap planning.
-Ensure software quality, reliability, maintainability, and cybersecurity compliance.

3. AI Platform & Solution Enablement
-Enable Edge AI and AI-RAN software stacks on company platforms.
-Collaborate with silicon vendors, operating system partners, and AI software ecosystem providers to optimize platform performance.
-Drive system integration and software optimization for AI inference and AI-RAN workloads.

4. Customer Engineering & PoC Execution
-Lead customer proof-of-concept (PoC) projects from planning through deployment and technical validation.
-Work closely with strategic customers to optimize system performance and accelerate design wins.
-Provide executive-level technical engagement during customer workshops and solution reviews.

5. Technical Service & Escalation Management
-Establish L3 technical support capability for enterprise and telecom customers.
-Lead root cause analysis (RCA), software issue resolution, and customer escalation management.
-Drive continuous improvement based on field feedback.

6. Cross-functional Collaboration
-Partner with Product Management, Hardware Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales, and Business Development teams.
-Collaborate with strategic ecosystem partners including CPU, GPU, networking, and AI software vendors.
-Support product roadmap planning and new technology evaluation.

【Qualifications】
1. Education & Experience
-Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related disciplines.
-Master's degree preferred.
-10+ years of experience in system software, platform firmware, AI infrastructure, telecommunications infrastructure, or enterprise server development.
-5+ years of people management experience leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams.
-Proven experience managing cross-functional engineering organizations with 10+ engineers.
-Experience leading global engineering projects and customer-facing technical engagements.

2. Technical Skills
-Server platform architecture
-BIOS / UEFI, BMC, and system management
-Linux operating systems, System diagnostics, and platform validation
-AI infrastructure and GPU server architecture
-High-speed interconnect technologies (PCIe, Ethernet, NVLink, CXL, etc.)
-Virtualization, container technologies, and Cloud-native infrastructure (Kubernetes, Docker)
-Plus: Knowledge of AI-RAN, O-RAN, or virtualized RAN architecture is highly desirable.
