3) Introduce and spearheading LINE AUTOMATION, BE Technologies solution (incl. Interconnect, material and methodologies) and platform development with simplicity, robust, reliable and manufacturable design through intellectual properties.
4) Provide Cost Leadership driving systematic and new technology innovation cost down approach
Lead, Drive and Interfacing with Operations, various BE sites, Marketing, US SJ, Finance for new process, NPI, product design improvement, integration, transfer and hand over
5) Competitor Intelligent Benchmarking concerning technologies, platform, materials product design, package construction & system design cost analysis
6) Sourcing, drive and partnership with supplier on alternative cost-effective materials and technologies for cost competitiveness solution without impacting product performance and quality
7) Strategize Value Engineering projects across sites, platform and support for competitive edge
8) IE Leadership role in machine, processes, system, man time study & data analysis to drive optimum productivity
