MEM Lead Technician

Overview The position is responsible for coordinating supply and control of MEM related Spare Parts, WH Assets, physical counts and asset shipments through: Spare parts monthly physical counts Spare parts replenishment Maintaining low costs by challenging and sourcing suppliers Daily SP shipments to field technicians Strategic utilization of SP sourced by used refrigerators Maintaining safety stocks on all Post Mix machinery types Asset shipment to customer Back office update (Coswin, SAP) Asset upgrade requirements standardization Field technicians coordination & training Constant communication with Sales & Marketing dpt. Qualifications 4-6 years as refrigeration technician, preferable within a team. Degree in Cooling Engineering Self-motivated, proactive, focused and willing to succeed. Very good analytical skills, attention to details PC literacy
