At the core of the club’s philosophy, is the Birley family’s traditions of style and elegance with a team that consistently delivers personal exceptional service to the club's members and their guests. 5 Hertford Street comprises five floors that accommodate Loulou’s nightclub, four restaurants, four bars, a private dining room, cigar shop, a courtyard, and a roof terrace.
Established in 2018, Oswald’s, also based in Mayfair, London, is the other social club in the group’s current portfolio. Boasting 2 outstanding restaurants, Oswald’s real focus is on true wine lovers. The club offers members world-class dining and access to the world's best and most exclusive wines.
In March 2025, our newest social club Maxime’s opened on the Upper East Side in New York, housing 3 restaurants and 2 bars. Other group businesses include Birley Sandwiches, comprising 9 stores across the City and Canary Wharf, and Birley Bakery also with 2 stores in London and 1 new site in New York
We are now seeking a Membership Insight and Analytics Manager to join our Membership team at our Head Office in Mayfair.

Working Hours:
Monday- Friday 9am – 6pm
The club is closed on Sundays, Bank Holidays and throughout Christmas each year
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the use of member data and insights to support business growth and commercial decision-making.
Improve data quality and customer intelligence, creating a trusted single view of the member across the Group.
Analyse acquisition, retention, engagement, spend, and lifetime value to identify growth opportunities.
Develop forecasting, segmentation, and reporting to support membership growth, pricing, and strategic planning.
Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that support senior decision-making.
What are we looking for?
Around 5 years' experience in commercial analytics, business intelligence, or data insight roles.
Strong understanding of customer, membership, or subscription-based business models.
Experience within a consumer-facing organisation, ideally in a membership or subscription-led environment.
Advanced Excel skills, including forecasting, modelling, and performance reporting.
Experience working with commercial data across enterprise platforms, ideally Salesforce.
Commercially minded, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence teams across commercial, finance, and technology functions.
Hands-on analytical capability with a proactive, self-starter mindset.
Proficiency in data analytics and visualisation tools, including Power BI and Python.
