Membership Sales Specialist

We are seeking a confident, goal oriented individual to help grow our member attorney base. This position involves reaching out to potential attorneys via the telephone, and turning conversations into revenue using a consultative sales approach..

The right person is comfortable initiating conversations, thinking on their feet, and staying focused in aresults driven environment. Success requires persistence, a positive attitude, and the ability to navigate conversations with litigators.

· Contact attorney offices through outbound prospecting calls.

· Utilize a consultative sales approach rather than a feature/benefit close

· Create urgency and close within a short sales cycle

· Follow up on interested leads and maintainCRM records.

· Work toward established sales quotas and input related metrics.

· Clear communication and strong conversational skills.

· Comfortable making unsolicited calls.

· Resilient, motivated, and able to work in a performance driven environment.

· Organized and dependable with good follow-through.

· Sales or telemarketing experience is a plus.
