Men's Ministry Program Manager - Mosaic Virginia

Mosaic Virginia is a Christian, pro-life nonprofit helping women and men who find themselves unprepared for pregnancy decisions. We are seeking motivated and dedicated staff and volunteers to join our service team. The Men's Ministry Program Manager is responsible for the day-to-day leadership, administration, and operation of Mosaic Virginia's Men's Ministry Program. This role ensures the effective implementation of the program's mission, goals, and strategic objectives by overseeing daily operations, participant engagement, and volunteer coordination. This role also fosters a Christ-centered environment that reflects Mosaic Virginia's mission and values, promotes spiritual growth and personal accountability among participants, and cultivates meaningful relationships with churches, community partners, and volunteers in support of the ministry's objectives.

This position offers a flexible schedule of 20-25 hours per week.
