Summary

Product Manager at Mosaic, a disability and aging-services nonprofit, responsible for the internal collaboration and productivity stack (Google Workspace, Miro, Canva, Smartsheet, Citrix transitioning to Cameyo). Day to day they gather user needs, build solutions within these tools, maintain a prioritized backlog, and train staff across the organization as part of the Technology & Delivery Team.

Mosaic serves 5,000 people in more than 750 communities across 12 states. Services empower people with disabilities, mental and behavioral needs and autism, as well as aging adults, to live their best life.

The Product Manager will oversee the collaboration and productivity applications our teams use every day. Applications include but are not limited to Google Workspace, Miro, Canva, Smartsheet, and our virtual application environment (Citrix, transitioning to Cameyo). The role is part of the Technology & Delivery Team and works as the bridge between the people who use these tools and the systems that run them.

The Product Manager learns how Mosaic actually works, spots where these applications can remove friction or close gaps, and turns those opportunities into a clear, prioritized plan. The Product Manager stays close to the business, builds practical solutions inside the tools, keeps a working backlog, and makes sure people across Mosaic know how to get the most out of what they already have.
