Mendix Team Leader

We are looking for a hands-on Mendix Team Leader to join our growing development team. In this role, your primary mission will be to partner with and alleviate our current Lead Engineer from daily operational, delivery, and team management responsibilities. You will act as the driving force for a dedicated team of Mendix developers, ensuring engineering excellence, smooth project execution, and continuous professional growth for your team members, while remaining actively involved in architecture and low-code development.

• Leadership Experience: Proven track record of managing, mentoring, or leading technical teams (ideally in an Agile/Scrum environment).
• Mendix Expertise: Solid commercial experience in low-code development using the Mendix platform (Rapid/Advanced/Expert Certification is a strong plus).
• Technical Background: Deep understanding of modern software engineering principles, integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs), and data modeling (SQL).
• Soft Skills: High emotional intelligence, strong problem-solving capabilities, and excellent English communication skills to align distributed technical teams.
