Center for Positive Changes (CFPC) is seeking a compassionate and motivated Mental Health Rehabilitation Technician to join our multidisciplinary behavioral health team serving youth in our Short-Term Residential Therapeutic Program (STRTP).
This position provides hands-on rehabilitation services for children, adolescents, and transitional-age youth experiencing mental health and behavioral challenges. Working under the clinical supervision of the Assistant Program Manager (APM) and in collaboration with the Head of Service (HOS), you'll help youth develop coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and achieve meaningful treatment goals in a trauma-informed residential setting.
