**HEALTHPORT IS HIRING!** **Now hiring for 4-day work week Monday- Thursday.** **Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team Therapist** Location: Salisbury, MD Salary Range: $70,000–$80,000 annually Schedule: 4‑day, 36-hour work week — Monday through Thursday **Position Summary:** The position is part of an interdisciplinary team that provides quality evidenced based practices to clients living in the community struggling with behavioral health issues. This is a full-time position working Monday – Thursday. **Job Responsibilities** **:** - Provide high quality treatment using ACT evidenced bases practices. - Complete all regulatory documentation for client treatment. - Plan and carry out individual and group therapy relative to the client’s needs. - Responsible for coordinating treatment and stabilization with identified natural supports and with community service providers. **Qualifications, Education and Experience:** - Licensed mental health professional. Must possess a Maryland license of LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, or LCSW-C.
