Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and complex repairs on Mercedes Benz vehicles according to manufacturer specifications.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues accurately using advanced diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Communicate effectively with customers and service advisors to explain necessary repairs and maintenance procedures.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment following all company and regulatory policies.
- Stay current with the latest automotive industry technologies and Mercedes Benz service updates.
- Document all work performed thoroughly in service records.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an automotive technician, preferably with Mercedes Benz or other luxury automotive brands.
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, and brake systems.
- Ability to use diagnostic and computer equipment effectively.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate clearly with customers and staff.
- ASE certification or equivalent is preferred but not required.
