- Stay updated on Mercedes Benz products, services, and warranty policies to provide accurate information.
Requirements
- Previous experience in automotive service advising or a related customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to explain technical information clearly to customers with varying levels of automotive knowledge.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Familiarity with automotive diagnostic tools and software is a plus.
- Must be based in or willing to commute to Milwaukee, WI.
