Merchant Monitoring Specialist / Compliance QA

QA specialist monitors high-risk merchant sites for compliance violations, runs test scenarios, and compiles evidence for escalation in a fast-growing fintech payments company.
TODA Pay is an international fintech company operating in the digital payments and financial infrastructure space across multiple jurisdictions. We support high-growth payment operations with multi-currency transactions, crypto payments, and complex corporate structures.
This role requires independence, the ability to prioritize tasks across a large list of targets, and a quick reaction to non-standard results. Fully remote, full-time.
Responsibilities
Formulate and distribute the daily list of websites for testing based on priority (volume, anomalies, urgency)
Independently execute test scenarios on the most complex/high-priority targets
Review and verify test results logged by other team members
Maintain and update tracking sheets, ensuring data completeness and accuracy
Gather proof packages (screenshots, videos, metadata) upon detecting violations and escalate according to protocol
Help onboard and train new team members on the core methodology
Requirements
Up to 1 year of experience in QA/testing, support, or a similar detail-oriented operational role
English proficiency: Pre-Intermediate or higher
Advanced user of Google Sheets/Excel (filters, pivot tables)
Ability to prioritize tasks independently and work without micromanagement
Willingness to sign an NDA and strictly comply with methodology confidentiality
Stable internet connection and readiness to work with corporate tools (VPN, anti-detect browsers)
Nice to Have
Experience with VPN/proxy tools and anti-detect browsers (Sphere, Multilogin, or similar)
Background in FinTech or payment systems
Experience in mentoring or training new team members
