Mgr-Food & Beverage Promos

This position is responsible for driving revenue growth across all F&B outlets in the hotel, strengthening guest loyalty through Marriott Bonvoy, and ensuring seamless reservations via a dedicated F&B hotline. This role combines strategic sales planning with guest‑centric service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Strategy Development Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
• Client Relationship Management Build strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and key accounts.
• Promotion & Campaign Execution Design and launch innovative F&B promotions (seasonal, festive, themed).
• Marriott Bonvoy Enrollment Drive guest loyalty by actively promoting and enrolling diners into Marriott Bonvoy during F&B interactions.
• Dedicated F&B Reservations Hotline Oversee and optimize the reservations hotline to ensure efficient, personalized booking experiences.
• Market Analysis Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and trends to position outlets competitively.
• Reporting & Forecasting Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews for senior management.

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in F&B sales or hospitality sales management, preferably in a 5‑star hotel.
• Skills:
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage)
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, sales systems, and Microsoft Office
