Qualification Requirements

• Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated flexibility to participate in various activities and tasks based upon the needs of the department.
• Demonstrated track record of dependability and reliability.
• Ability to comprehend and train to documents such as work instructions, safety rules, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to detect and correct process problems.
• Working knowledge of desktop computers (Microsoft Work, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook); ability to accurately record production data both in manual form as well as in a computer database (Oracle).
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to maintain proper safety, quality, and inspection standards.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written
• Exhibit a high degree of responsibility with an emphasis on safety.
• Ability to work independently and cooperatively.
