Micro Service Software Engineer

Design, develop, test, and maintain MaiCoin microservices; analyze and improve MaiCoin and MAX website performance and scalability; and provide backend operational support for both platforms.

• Design, develop, test, and maintain MaiCoin microservices
• Analyze and improve MaiCoin and MAX website performance and scalability
• Provide backend operational support for the MAX and MaiCoin platforms

Requirements

• Strong foundation in computer science

• Willingness to learn new programming languages and development processes
• Chinese and English communication skills
• Proficiency in at least one of Go, Java, or C++
• Knowledge and experience in microservices network programming
• Practical experience designing highly scalable, high-traffic, low-latency services
• Familiarity with gRPC
• Familiarity with relational databases
• Familiarity with Kubernetes
• Understanding of blockchain technologies such as Bitcoin and Ethereum
• Experience integrating with and executing trades through cryptocurrency exchange APIs
• Knowledge of quantitative trading, high-frequency trading, and algorithmic trading
• Professional knowledge of stock trading or other financial domains
• Familiarity with Prometheus and Grafana
• Three years of experience required
