Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 Migration Architect with strong hands-on expertise in tenant-to-tenant migrations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and troubleshooting migration activities across Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams, ensuring data integrity, security, and a smooth transition between environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute migration strategies, including migration waves and mailbox migration batches.
• Perform Exchange Online mailbox, OneDrive, and SharePoint content migrations.
• Configure and recreate Microsoft Teams, groups, and associated resources in the target environment.
• Manage domain cutover activities and support hybrid identity configurations.
• Reapply permissions and validate data integrity after migration.
• Troubleshoot migration failures and resolve technical issues independently.
• Implement and validate Conditional Access Policies, retention policies, archiving, and security configurations.
• Work with Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID to support identity-related migration activities.
• Prepare migration status reports, validation documentation, and completion reports.
• Coordinate migration execution with technical stakeholders and ensure successful completion of migration phases.
