Summary
On-site role in Alice Springs (relocation assistance provided) for a Microsoft 365/Azure administrator to build AI agents, automations and proofs-of-concept using Microsoft AI tooling like Copilot Studio. A 2-year fixed-term opportunity to move into hands-on enterprise AI work while maintaining strong Microsoft 365 administration skills.
This role is based on-site in Alice Springs, NT. Relocation assistance will be provided. This is not a Brisbane-based or FIFO role.
Are you strong across Microsoft 365 and Azure and already experimenting with AI, building agents, automations or applications?
We're looking for someone with strong Microsoft 365/Azure technical capability and genuine hands-on interest in AI. Your AI experience could come from work or personal projects. What matters is that you've gone beyond simply using ChatGPT or Copilot and have actually built, tested and experimented with AI solutions.
This is an opportunity to move into a hands-on enterprise AI role and help build capability from the ground up.
What you'll be doing
- Build and test AI agents, workflows and proof-of-concept solutions
- Identify practical opportunities to use AI across the organisation
- Work across Microsoft 365, Azure, Copilot Studio and related technologies
- Help introduce AI within appropriate security, access and risk controls
- Experiment with emerging Microsoft and AI technologies
- Help shape how AI capability develops across the organisation
What we're looking for
Your background could be in Microsoft 365 Administration, Systems Administration, Azure, Cloud or Infrastructure.
You'll bring:
- Strong Microsoft 365 administration and technical knowledge
- Good Azure knowledge and understanding of the Microsoft cloud ecosystem
- Hands-on experience building AI agents, automations, workflows or applications
- Some coding or scripting capability
- Understanding of security, permissions and access controls
- Curiosity, initiative and a genuine desire to develop your career in AI
Your AI experience doesn't need to be commercial. Personal projects are absolutely relevant — we'd like to hear what you've built, which technologies you've used and what you've learned.
