Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer

LOCATION: Remote (Only Latam candidates)

About the Role

Development role focused on building custom integrations into Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / Navision. We're looking for deep, hands-on development expertise on this platform, plus enough accounting fluency to work confidently with financial data.

What You'll Do

• Build custom integrations pulling data from TLOS into Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / Navision's finance modules
• Develop custom objects (tables, pages, codeunits, reports, XMLports) in C/AL and/or AL
• Map external data into the financial structures of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / Navision without breaking existing logic
• Work ad-hoc and iteratively with the accounting team, and document what you build

Must-Have Skills

• 4+ years hands-on development experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / Navision
• Strong C/AL (and/or AL) skills
• Experience building custom integrations/APIs/data imports into Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / Navision
• Solid SQL Server knowledge
• Comfort with core accounting concepts (chart of accounts, journal entries, GL, cost centers)
• Able to work independently on loosely defined
• Conversational English

Nice-to-Have

• Experience working across both NAV (classic) and Business Central environments
• SSIS/ETL experience, Dynamics certifications (MB-800, MB-700)
