MicroStrategy Engineer

Must-Haves

· 5+ years of hands-on MicroStrategy administration

· Experience hosting MicroStrategy on cloud (GCP/AWS/Azure)

· Strong knowledge of:

o Intelligence Server configuration

o Metadata management

o User & object security

o Caching and cube optimization

· Experience managing multiple instances/environments

· Understanding of Kubernetes or VM-based deployments

· Strong troubleshooting skills (CPU/memory/network bottlenecks)

· Experience with patching and version upgrades

· Basic SQL knowledge

· Experience with monitoring tools (Stackdriver, CloudWatch, Prometheus, etc.)

Good-to-Haves

· Experience with GKE/EKS autoscaling

· CI/CD exposure (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.)

· Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)

· BigQuery / Snowflake backend experience

· Experience migrating on-prem MicroStrategy to cloud

· Cost optimization experience in cloud environments
