This is not a junior or developmental role — candidates must bring strong technical execution, proven experience, and the ability to operate with a degree of independence while collaborating across multiple project leads.
Requirements
Key Requirements
- Around 4 years of relevant interior design experience
- Strong background in luxury residential, hospitality, or premium F&B environments
- Advanced Revit proficiency (non-negotiable)
- Relevant qualification from a recognised design institution
- Ability to manage independent workstreams while collaborating across teams
- Comfortable working under pressure in a high-performance environment
- Proactive mindset with willingness to contribute beyond a rigid job scope

- Exposure to luxury projects locally or internationally
- Commercial awareness alongside strong design sensibility
