We are looking for an analytical, organized, and proactive professional to work on the management and calculation of sales campaigns for the B2B Corporate Clients area, ensuring process excellence, information reliability, and the continuous evolution of commercial operations.
Qualifications
What we are looking for in you:
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Information Systems, or related fields.
- Experience in sales administration, commercial operations (Sales Operations), Sales Excellence, variable compensation, sales incentives, or related areas.
- Experience in calculating, validating, and analyzing commercial performance indicators.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and data analysis tools.
- Experience in building dashboards and management reports (Power BI or similar tools).
- Ability to structure processes, controls, and governance practices.
- Experience in drafting and documenting regulations, policies, or operational processes.
- Knowledge of process automation and continuous improvement.
- Analytical ability to investigate discrepancies, validate data, and solve problems.
- Experience interacting with multiple stakeholders and managing cross-functional demands.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information for different audiences.
- Organization, attention to detail, and a focus on quality and information accuracy.
- Experience in processing, cross-referencing, and validating data from different corporate databases and systems.
- Knowledge of data modeling and consolidation for generating indicators, analyses, and management dashboards.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of CRM (Salesforce or similar).
- Knowledge of SQL for data extraction and validation.
- Experience with incentive programs and sales campaigns.
- Experience in B2B environments and/or large companies.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement and process automation methodologies.
What your main responsibilities will be:
- Perform the calculation and validation of sales campaign results for the B2B Corporate Clients area, identifying opportunities and implementing process automation improvements.
- Structure and maintain governance processes, controls, and documentation of campaign regulations.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and analyses to monitor, communicate, and share results with the sales team.
- Act as the focal point for receiving, analyzing, and handling disputes related to campaign results.
- Ensure the integrity, consistency, and traceability of the information used in calculations.
- Interact with partner areas (Sales Commission, CRM, Legal/Governance, Training, and others) to obtain, validate, and consolidate the indicators necessary for the campaigns.
- Propose and implement continuous improvements in processes, tools, and controls related to sales administration and commercial incentive programs.
