We seek a mid-level Python AI Engineer with strong expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI Agents to join our Big Data & AI team. The ideal candidate will support the implementation of AI applications, including Chat Assistants and AI Agents, for banking systems.

You will play a key role in:

• Integrating and deploying applications using LLMs and AI Agents
• Implementing solutions to support bank employees (e.g., Chat Assistants, AI Agents)
• Testing and debugging AI applications
• Writing technical documentation and testing code
• Collaborating with quality assurance and data security teams

The ideal candidate will have:

• 3-5 years of experience in Python development
• Practical knowledge of AI Agent frameworks and libraries
• Experience with LLM tools (e.g., Langfuse)
• Understanding of core LLM and AI Agent concepts
• Familiarity with model monitoring and evaluation tools (e.g., Langfuse)
• Proficiency in Linux environments
• Strong team collaboration skills (Git, CI/CD, code review)
