DevOps Engineer (Open to Mid & Senior Candidates)
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Mid-Level or Senior DevOps Engineer to design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines that enable our development teams to deliver high-quality applications quickly and reliably. This role will work closely with DevSecOps, software engineers, and infrastructure teams to streamline build, test, and deployment workflows across multiple environments.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps for applications, APIs, and infrastructure.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure pipelines support project needs, including build automation, automated testing, security scanning, and deployment strategies.
Integrate pipelines with cloud and on-prem infrastructure (Windows and Linux servers, Kubernetes, containers, etc.) and third-party services.
Establish monitoring, logging, and alerting for pipeline health and performance.
Maintain and optimize pipeline templates, YAML, configurations, and reusable tasks.
Ensure compliance with security, governance, and auditing requirements in pipeline design.
Troubleshoot and resolve build/release issues, ensuring minimal disruption to developer productivity.
Provide technical guidance and training to team members on pipeline usage and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) Pipelines (classic and YAML).
Proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar).
Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm).
Experience with infrastructure as code tools (Terraform, Bicep, ARM templates).
Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), branching strategies, and release management.
Knowledge of security practices for CI/CD pipelines (secrets management, artifact scanning, etc.).
Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with .NET and Angular build/release pipelines.
Familiarity with Azure, GitHub Actions, or other CI/CD platforms.
Exposure to monitoring/observability tools (Splunk, Elastic, Application Insights, etc.).

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
