Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality software solutions that meet project requirements, quality standards, and agreed timelines.

Key responsibilities include:

• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, including unit tests, to ensure software quality.
• Work closely with clients, end users, and team members to understand and define functional and non-functional system requirements.
• Use Azure DevOps to track and manage tasks, requirements, source code changes, and project progress.
• Mentor and coach junior developers through technical guidance, code reviews, knowledge sharing, and regular feedback to improve their technical skills, productivity, and overall performance.
• Provide accurate updates and reports on development progress, code quality, and project status.
• Quickly understand the client’s industry, business challenges, and technical needs.
• Recommend practical and timely solutions that address client requirements and project goals.
• Collaborate effectively in a fast-paced Agile development environment.

Requirements:

• Open to being considered for full-time or project-based opportunities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3 to 7 years of experience in C#.NET development.
• Working knowledge of C# or Java, HTML/CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with ASP.NET MVC, TypeScript, or Angular is an advantage.
• Experience using AI tools to support software development, productivity, or problem-solving.
• Familiarity with design patterns, including GoF and enterprise patterns.

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage priorities and deadlines.
