Role Overview

As a Business Development Manager (Junior/Middle), you will have the exciting opportunity to drive growth and expand our client's reach in a rapidly evolving market. This role is fully remote, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere. You will play a crucial role in identifying and engaging with potential customers, supporting sales activities, and helping to build a robust sales pipeline. Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential customers that match the company's target profile.

  • Reach out to prospects through email, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels.

  • Support cold calling activities and schedule introductory meetings for the sales team.

  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads using predefined criteria before passing them to Account Executives.

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and keep prospect information up to date.

  • Assist in building and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline through consistent outreach.

  • Use AI tools and sales platforms to improve prospect research and personalize communication.

  • Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams by sharing feedback from customer conversations and market trends.

  • Participate in industry events, webinars, and networking activities when required.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, lead generation, customer success, or a similar role. Recent graduates with relevant internships are also encouraged to apply.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Comfortable communicating with new people via email, LinkedIn, and phone.

  • Basic understanding of sales processes and lead qualification.

  • Experience using CRM systems (such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar) is an advantage.

  • Familiarity with AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT or similar) and a willingness to learn modern sales technologies.

  • Self-motivated, organized, and eager to develop a career in B2B sales.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a remote, fast-paced environment.

  • Willingness to travel occasionally for team meetings or industry events if needed.

  • Languages: English B2.

  • Experience in fintech.
