Middle Embedded Project Leader

TXT e-Tech, a member of the TXT Group, is seeking a professional to join Automotive embedded systems projects with a focus on HMI. You will monitor project progress, support planning, and help improve development processes.

You will participate in architecture and source code reviews in C, C++, Java, and Kotlin, lead AGILE teams, and collaborate across departments to ensure quality and compliance. The role offers a permanent contract with a gross salary of EUR 38,000–EUR 45,000.

Manage creation of Features, Epics, and Enablers using AGILE. Monitor development teams in the Automotive HMI domain. Analyze performance and identify improvements for teams. Share project status with management and contribute to planning. Participate in architecture and code reviews (C/C++/Java/Kotlin). Experience in embedded software development, preferably in Automotive. Proficiency in C, C++, Java, and Kotlin. Familiarity with AGILE development and project monitoring tools.
