Who we are looking for
We are seeking a motivated team member to support the delivery of client change initiatives within our State Street Alpha and Charles River environment. In this role, you will work closely with senior team members and cross-functional partners to help translate client requirements into operational and system solutions.
You will bring a structured and analytical approach, with a foundational understanding of front and middle office processes, system workflows, and data flows. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
What you will be responsible for
Support the interpretation of client requirements and assist in the design and delivery of solutions across operational processes and system functionality
Contribute to impact assessments to evaluate the effects of proposed changes on processes and technology
Assist in the delivery of operational change initiatives, including requirements gathering, documentation, testing support, and implementation activities
Work with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment across operations, technology, and product teams
Support client engagements by gathering information, documenting requirements, and helping track progress against deliverables
Prepare and maintain project documentation including business requirements, process flows, and status updates
Assist in coordinating project plans, timelines, and task tracking
Participate in project status meetings and support communication of progress to stakeholders

5+ years of financial services experience (middle office, operations, or related areas preferred)
Exposure to project or change initiatives in financial services is beneficial
Experience with documentation such as business requirements, process maps, or test cases is advantageous
The role is part of a global team and as such fluent spoken and written English is required
