Responsibilities
- Support the sales team in developing new business opportunities and driving the achievement of sales objectives
- Prepare client meeting materials, sales presentations, training decks and other relevant business documents.
- Manage sales administration, including insurance application forms, client records and meeting activity updates.
- Work closely with case management, product teams and other stakeholders to facilitate insurance applications and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Develop expertise in HNW insurance products and servicing processes while contributing to workflow improvements and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably within the banking, insurance or broader financial services industry.
- Experience in sales support, client servicing, insurance administration or financial services operations will be advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
