Middle Project Manager (E-commerce projects)

IT Delight is looking for a Middle Project Manager to join our team and work on international Magento / E-commerce projects.

IT Delight is an e-commerce development company founded in 2012. We are a team of 70+ specialists working with clients worldwide.
We are Magento, Shopware, Adobe and Hyvä partners and collaborate with Gold Magento Partners in the USA, UK and Germany.

What you’ll do
Manage the full project lifecycle — from planning and budgeting to release;
Plan workload, timelines and allocate resources;
Organize and coordinate development teams;
Prepare delivery plans, estimates and project budgets;
Monitor project progress, identify and manage risks;
Communicate with clients, the development team and company management;
Prepare tasks and user stories for the team;
Participate in pre-sales: estimations and commercial proposals;
Manage several projects simultaneously.

What we’re looking for
3+ years of experience as a Project Manager;
Experience managing Magento / E-commerce projects;
Strong project planning and resource management skills;
Ability to communicate confidently with clients and make project-related decisions;
Experience managing projects from planning to release;
Advanced English;
Strong organizational and communication skills.

Would be a plus
Spoken German;
Experience with other e-commerce platforms.
