Middle UAT Tester

About the role

Mid UAT Tester position based in Senayan Jakarta, Indonesia. The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders and Product Owners to understand requirements, business processes, and acceptance criteria, and executing comprehensive User Acceptance Testing to validate business requirements and user expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and Product Owners to understand requirements, business processes, and acceptance criteria

• Prepare and manage test data to support UAT execution

• Design and develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business and functional requirements

• Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate business requirements and user expectations

• Identify, document, track, and follow up on defects through resolution

• Provide daily test progress updates and reports to stakeholders

• Perform regression testing for system enhancements and fixes

• Provide clear and actionable feedback on test results and system behavior

• Collaborate with developers and project teams to troubleshoot and resolve testing issues

• Maintain accurate test documentation for audit and compliance requirements

About you

• 4–5 years of relevant testing experience

• Strong UAT / Functional Testing experience

• Experience in test planning, test case/script preparation and execution

• Strong defect management and reporting skills

• Experience with regression and end-to-end testing

• Good stakeholder and business-user communication skills

• Experience in Google Analytics Testing

• Immediate joiner / unemployed / maximum 2 weeks' notice period
