Middle + UI/UX Designer (Slots) - iGaming/Betting

This position is no longer accepting applications(closed Aug 17, 2026).

Summary

Design mobile-first iGaming interfaces for slots and live CCTV betting, including real-time interactions, game mechanics, and a shared design system with metrics-driven improvements.

Employment: Full-time
Salary: $1,800–2,500 net (depending on interview results and experience)
Probation Period: 1 month (salary during probation depends on the candidate's actual range)

About the Project
We're building two real-money iGaming products — a slots experience and a live CCTV-based betting product — with real-time interaction at their core. You'll design mobile-first interfaces where users place bets, cash out in a single tap, and watch rounds and multipliers unfold live. The work spans game UX, platform flows, and a shared design system, with a strong focus on scenarios and metrics rather than just polished screens.

Responsibilities
Design user scenarios, wireframes, and interactive prototypes (Figma) for both products.
Build mobile-first interfaces: vertical screen, live player above the controls, one-tap bet/cash-out, round and multiplier display.
Design slot game UX: round mechanics, autoplay, bonuses, character states, win/loss screens.
Build and maintain the design system (components, design tokens) in sync with the front-end (Tailwind/Framer Motion) and deliver clean handoffs.
Design platform flows: onboarding, KYC, wallet (deposits/withdrawals), VIP, notification center, Provably Fair verification page.
Improve metrics through design: work with product analytics (PostHog) and take part in A/B tests and hypotheses alongside CRM/Retention.

Requirements (must-have)
Experience in iGaming/gaming/fintech, with knowledge of gaming and betting mechanics.
3+ years in product UI/UX (web/mobile) with a strong portfolio of real products.
Expert in Figma (auto-layout, components, variants, prototyping) and experience designing design systems.
Confident mobile-first approach and an understanding of interface responsiveness/performance.
Ability to think in scenarios and metrics, not just "beautiful screens"; clean developer handoffs.
Working-level English.

Nice to Have
Motion/micro-animations (principles, specifications for Framer Motion), UX research.
HTML/CSS understanding at a "speak the same language as developers" level; familiarity with gamification (missions, tournaments, VIP).

Red Flags
Working solely through AI (inability to think independently), attempts at deception, arrogance, inability to work in a team.
