Job Description
- Responsible for the daily development, maintenance, and administration of enterprise workflow systems.
- Assist in the maintenance and administration of the SAP SuccessFactors system.
Professional Competencies
Required Qualifications:
1. Hands-on experience in front-end development, with proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript, and practical experience with at least one major front-end framework such as React, Vue.js, or other modern web frameworks.
2. Experience in .NET/C# development, with the ability to develop and maintain back-end services using ASP.NET Web API.
3. Practical experience in integrating front-end applications with back-end Web APIs.
4. Proficiency in SQL and experience with at least one relational database management system, such as SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL.
5. Strong programming, problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
6. Ability to independently deliver end-to-end development tasks, including UI design, front-end and back-end development, database development, system deployment, and maintenance, while also demonstrating strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
7. Familiar with enterprise workflow system development and possess domain knowledge and hands-on experience in HR, GA, PUR, or FIN management systems. Experience in SAP and HR-related business process system development, integration, or support is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience in SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP) and/or SAP Integration Suite (formerly SAP CPI/INT) development or implementation projects.
2. Familiarity with modern development practices and tools such as CI/CD, Git, and DevOps.
3. Experience in Enterprise Application Integration (EAI).
4. Experience in unit testing and test-driven development practices.
5. Experience in developing workflow/approval systems.
