Platform engineer on Capco's ML Platform team supporting Visa's internal ML platform (similar to Vertex AI/SageMaker) used for model training, experiments, and agent development. Day to day: resolving customer issues, monthly RCAs, and designing/optimizing platform solutions. Core tech: advanced Python (5+ yrs), tensor computing, Spark/Ray, systems and CPU/GPU knowledge.
