Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Staff Platform Engineer to lead enterprise platform engineering, cloud-native architecture, SDLC automation, and AI-driven engineering initiatives. The role involves defining platform strategy, building reusable platform capabilities, improving developer experience, and driving AI-powered automation across engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Define platform engineering strategy, architecture, roadmaps, and enterprise standards.
- Design and scale platform products, shared services, reusable frameworks, APIs, and self-service capabilities.
- Drive SDLC automation, CI/CD, DevOps, cloud modernization, and developer productivity initiatives.
- Lead AI-enabled engineering initiatives using AI agents, agentic workflows, LLMs, RAG, and MCP.
- Improve developer experience through automation, reusable templates, and self-service platforms.
- Drive platform reliability, observability, SRE practices, and operational excellence.
- Establish security, governance, compliance, and automated engineering controls.
- Collaborate with engineering, architecture, security, and technology leadership teams to drive enterprise-wide adoption.

Mandatory Qualifications
- 810 years of relevant experience in Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering, Software Engineering, DevOps, or Automation Engineering.
- Experience designing and scaling enterprise platforms, shared services, and automation solutions.
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale technical initiatives across multiple teams.
- At least one cloud certification: AWS Cloud Practitioner, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, or Google Cloud Digital Leader.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in enterprise platform transformation, cloud modernization, or AI-enabled engineering.
- Experience with AI agents, agent orchestration, LLMs, RAG, and MCP.
- Relevant certifications in cloud, DevOps, platform engineering, AI/ML, or automation.
