MLOps Lead
Description
We are looking for an experienced MLOps Lead to own how AI/ML models are built, deployed and monitored in production on a large-scale government project.
Location: Delhi NCR
Experience: 7-10 years in machine learning operations or DevOps engineering
Type: Full-time
Notice period: Immediate to 30 days preferred
What you'll do:
Design and manage CI/CD pipelines for AI/ML models across multiple environments
Set up model versioning, deployment, monitoring and rollback
Automate training, testing and serving workflows using containers
Build infrastructure-as-code templates for on-premise and cloud deployments
Set up logging, monitoring and alerting to keep models accurate and available
Ensure compliance with Responsible AI guidelines, including bias auditing and explainability tracking
What we are looking for:
B.Tech in Computer Science, Data Engineering, AI or a related field
4+ years building CI/CD pipelines for ML model deployment in enterprise or government environments
Strong experience with Docker, Kubernetes and microservice architectures
