[MND] Senior Python Developer (API)

Project – the aim you’ll have

We are looking for Backend Python Developers to join a long-term platform engineering project in the area of high-performance infrastructure and self-service resource provisioning. The platform enables users to provision, manage and automate access to infrastructure resources through a web interface and APIs.
The project focuses on extending existing platform capabilities, improving backend/API services, supporting multi-tenancy and role-based access control, and integrating with infrastructure-oriented services responsible for provisioning and lifecycle operations.

Position – how you’ll contribute

As a Backend Python Developer, you will work on backend services and APIs that connect the user-facing platform with lower-level infrastructure services and automation components. You will help extend existing Python APIs, implement new platform features, improve RBAC and multi-tenancy capabilities, and support integrations with infrastructure services.
You will work in a mixed engineering team, contributing both to new functionality and to improving code quality, maintainability, documentation and delivery standards.

Expectations – the experience you need

• Strong commercial experience with Python backend development
• Experience building REST APIs and backend services
• Good understanding of microservices and distributed systems
• Experience with authentication, authorization and RBAC concepts
• Practical knowledge of Git, code review, CI/CD and automated testing
• Ability to work with existing codebases and improve them incrementally
• Good communication skills and ability to work with technical stakeholders
• Senior mindset, ownership and ability to understand technical and business context

Additional skills – the edge you have

• Experience with infrastructure, cloud, hosting, data center or platform engineering projects
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes or containerized services
• Familiarity with source-of-truth tools such as Nautobot, NetBox or similar
• Experience with multi-tenant platforms or self-service portals
• Knowledge of infrastructure automation, server provisioning or lifecycle management
• Basic frontend awareness, especially React
