外場服務人員｜Front of House Staff

工作內容｜Job Responsibilities

• 接待客人、帶位及介紹菜單
• 點餐、送餐、飲品服務及桌邊基本服務
• 協助客人了解餐點內容並處理用餐需求
• 收桌、整理桌面及維持用餐區域整潔
• 操作 POS 系統、結帳及收銀
• 協助飲料、酒類及簡單餐點出餐
• 與廚房及其他外場夥伴配合，確保出餐及服務順暢
• 開店／閉店相關準備與清潔工作
• 其他餐廳日常營運相關工作

• Greet and seat guests and introduce the menu
• Take orders and provide food and beverage service
• Answer basic questions about menu items and assist with guest needs
• Clear and reset tables and keep the dining area clean and organized
• Operate the POS system and handle payments
• Assist with beverages, alcoholic drinks, and simple food preparation when needed
• Communicate and work closely with the kitchen and FOH team to ensure smooth service
• Assist with opening and closing duties
• Support other daily restaurant operations as needed

• 能配合排班，『週末及國定假日可排班者佳』
• 有餐飲外場經驗佳，『無經驗但願意學習也歡迎』
• 基本英文能力佳；我們有許多外國客人，『不需要英文非常流利，但希望不害怕開口溝通』

• Friendly, polite, and comfortable communicating with guests
• Responsible, punctual, and a good team player
• Able to work efficiently and stay composed during busy service
• Willing to learn the menu, drinks, and basic restaurant service
• Flexible with scheduling; **weekend and public holiday availability is preferred**
• Previous restaurant experience is a plus, **but not required—we’re happy to train the right person**
• Basic English communication skills are preferred. **Fluency is not required, but you should feel comfortable communicating with international guests**
