Experience Requirements

Android Developers (Senior/Mid/Junior)

• Professional software development experience, including experience in building native Android applications with Kotlin.
• Hands-on experience with Jetpack Compose and modern Android UI development.
• Solid understanding of app architecture patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture) and separation of concerns.
• Experience with Kotlin Coroutines and Flow for asynchronous and reactive programming.
• Experience with dependency injection (Hilt/Dagger).
• Experience consuming RESTful APIs (Retrofit/OkHttp) and working with JSON.
• Experience with local persistence (Room or similar).
• Proficient with Git and code versioning workflows.
• Understanding of design principles behind scalable, maintainable applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative, team-first attitude.
• Exposure to automated testing and static analysis tools like ktlint/Detekt.

Senior iOS Developer

• Professional software development experience, including experience in building native iOS applications with Swift.
• Hands-on experience with Swift UI and modern iOS UI development.
• Solid understanding of app architecture patterns (MVVM, Coordinators) and separation of concerns.
• Experience with Swift concurrency (async/await) and combine for asynchronous and reactive programming.
• Experience with dependency management using Swift Package Manager.
• Experience consuming RESTful APIs and working with JSON (Codable).
• Experience with local persistence (Core Data, User Defaults, or similar).
• Proficient with Git and code versioning workflows.
• Understanding of design principles behind scalable, maintainable applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative, team-first attitude.

Nice to Have

• Experience with ExoPlayer or other media/video playback and streaming. (Android)
• Experience with AVFoundation/AVPlayer or other media/video playback and streaming. (iOS)
• Experience with multi-flavor/multi-module Gradle builds.
• Familiarity with feature flagging (e.g., Launch Darkly) and A/B testing.
• Experience integrating analytics, attribution, and push notification SDKs.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices (Azure DevOps a plus).
• Experience with automated testing (unit and UI) and static analysis tools like ktlint/Detekt.
• OTT/TV or news/media app experience.
