Mobile Application Support Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Mobile Application Support Engineer with 5–12 years of experience to join our team in Hyderabad, Gurugram, or Noida. This is a 6-month contract position with 1 open position available.

REQUIREMENTS
Mandatory Skills:

• 5–12 years of experience in application/mobile development and support
  
• Hands-on experience with RhoMobile Suite / Rhodes framework
  
• Strong Ruby and Ruby on Rails skills
  
• Working knowledge of HTML5, JavaScript, CSS and REST APIs
  
• Understanding of Android and iOS build, signing and deployment processes
  
• Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) and incident management
  

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Native Android (Java/Kotlin) or iOS (Swift) development
  
• Cross-platform frameworks (React Native / Flutter)
  
• Zebra / enterprise mobility devices
  
• Mobile CI/CD and crash monitoring tools (Firebase Crashlytics, App Center)
  
• SQL / SQLite databases
