🚀 About the role

We are looking for an experienced Mobile Application Developer to join Kyotu Technology and work on modern mobile applications for our clients.

We are looking for someone highly independent, who can take ownership of an application and confidently drive it from initial requirements and technical decisions through development, release, and production support.

This role is a great fit for a developer who is comfortable working with limited supervision, proactively solves problems, and has already successfully delivered several commercial mobile applications end-to-end.

Whether your main expertise is Flutter, native iOS, or Android, what matters most to us is your ability to take responsibility for the product and get things done.

We also expect our engineers to actively use modern AI tools as part of their daily development workflow to improve productivity, code quality, and delivery speed.

🧠 Your responsibilities

• design, develop, and maintain modern mobile applications

• take ownership of the development process from requirements to production

• independently make technical decisions and propose solutions

• collaborate with product, backend, QA, and business teams

• integrate mobile applications with backend APIs and third-party services

• optimize application performance, stability, and user experience

• ensure high code quality through testing and engineering best practices

• manage application deployment, releases, and production support

• proactively identify technical issues and propose improvements

• actively use AI-powered development tools to improve productivity and software quality

🧩 Must haves

• minimum 5 years of commercial experience in mobile application development

• strong commercial experience with at least one mobile technology: Flutter, iOS (Swift), or Android (Kotlin)

• experience independently delivering at least several commercial mobile applications end-to-end

• experience owning the full application lifecycle, from requirements analysis and architecture through implementation, release, and production support

• experience integrating REST APIs and third-party services

• good understanding of mobile architecture, design patterns, and application lifecycle

• experience with application publishing, release management, and maintenance for App Store and/or Google Play

• experience working with Git and CI/CD workflows

• practical experience using AI-assisted development tools, such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar, as part of everyday software development

• high level of independence, ownership, and proactive problem-solving

• ability to make technical decisions without constant supervision

• ability to communicate effectively with both engineering and business stakeholders

• English at B2 level or higher
