Mobile Optometrist - $1,000+ per diem - Georgia
We are seeking an experienced Optometrist to provide mobile eye care services at correctional facilities. This unique opportunity offers flexible scheduling, competitive daily rates, and the chance to serve a medically complex population in a secure environment.
Position Details:
- Openings for both part-time (1099) and full-time (W2 or 1099) roles
- Minimum daily rate: $1,000; average $1,500–$2,000 per day
- Full-time ODs can earn $350,000–$400,000 annually

Requirements:
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree
- Heavy medical optometry experience required
- Residency training preferred; new graduates must have completed a relevant residency
- Ability to work independently and travel to multiple sites
- Willingness to work in correctional facility settings
- Comfortable managing complex ocular and systemic conditions
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
